Cross wedge rolling machine SP2500-2-099  with an induction heater is designed to manufacture round section shaft and axle parts by cross wedge rolling. The system is intended to roll the parts of blanks Ø48…70 mm in diameter and length 110…200 mm, cycle time is 8 sec. that corresponds to 450 pieces per hour.

Machine range of application is mainly large-series and mass production.
