In accordance with concluded contract JCS Beltechnologia & M delivers to us four heaters, two of them are already in work: first one – five months, the second one – two months.

Each of the heaters operates over a wide range of billets with diameter 28-80mm and length 80-375mm, in all 112 items. They are equipped with five replacement inductors.

Changeover of heater for another part is performed quickly and takes from 15 minutes to 1 hour. The control and temperature control system provides heating with accuracy up to 20 Celsius degree.

Heaters are fully automatic and billets are heated hands-free.

Control system allows employ semiskilled personnel on the punch press operator level.

Heaters are equipped with inductor guard double circuit that provides trouble-free operation and render possible to shutdown heating in case of failing at water feed or holes blinding.
