I send to you a Letter-reference of cross wedge rolling machine SP1250-1-IH operation manufactured by Beltechnologia & M and implemented into work at our enterprise on the July 2007.

Cross wedge rolling machine type SP1250-1-IH was designed and manufactured with machining attachments set for ROD part with output program 60 000 pieces per month, output rate no less than 600 pieces per hour and automatic cycle time no more 6 seconds per part.

The given Beltechnologia & M technical specification was completely implemented and till the present day having application in work activity. The equipment is high-production and one- semiskilled man operated. Implementation of the machine helps to reduce main materials requirements for the given part two times.

This machine operates per specified program from July 2007 till the present days with one tooling package. For the present we have manufactured 360 000 parts on the machine. At the moment we have ordered renewable tooling package.

Separately we want to mark a skilled work of the experts from Beltechnologia & M who was engaged in commissioning works.
