"Beltechnologia&M" JSC has manufactured and adjusted a production line for rolling of 80…120 mm balls within the territory of "Sukholozhskoye Lityo"JSC (Ekaterinburg, Russia).

The production line includes:
1. Blank section. Cutting bars into billets.
2. Rolling section. Induction heating of billets and rolling of balls in the SP-3400-2-IH machine.
3. Hardening section. Air cooling-down and hardening of balls in a drum.

Line capacity is 3 tonnes per hour.
