Design of the heater IH-1200 is made from advanced materials at a high level.
Beltechnologia & M deliveredthe heater to KZTSH and made just-in-time commissioning in 2009.
During the operation of the IH-1200 heater there are no failures observed. Therefore quality at a top level of realization as long as technical characteristics of the equipment.
Specific energy consumption to produce 1 ton of forgings is reduced by 15% in comparison with existing at KZTSH.
